A journey, a vision
MAE was born from Simone Maruccia's personal project, active in the real estate sector since 2021. Today this path takes shape as a real estate consultancy studio in Salento, grounded in knowledge of the territory and a personal vision of the relationship with the client.
I chose to build MAE as a personal project, maintaining a direct relationship with those who turn to me and following every request with care and continuity.
The studio itself comes from this vision. I wanted to create a space that conveys the character and atmosphere of Salento, through a choice of materials, colours and furnishings linked to its identity.
The warm tones of the walls, the wood, the marble and every object help define an environment where elements of tradition and contemporary details coexist naturally.
Not a cold, impersonal office, but a place designed to welcome, put people at ease and let something of the territory be felt from the very first meeting.
The care given to the space reflects the way I approach my work: attention to detail, respect for what has a history, and the will to build a personal experience without unnecessary formality.

I believe good consultancy must start from understanding the needs of those who request it. That is why I favour a personal exchange, taking the time needed to listen, clarify objectives and explore the relevant questions.
